Abstract：To ensure the quality of medical education,in addition to delivering theoretical knowledge in clinical medicine instruction,it is imperative to incorporate extensive simulated operations and applied practice.This integration is crucial for facilitating students'seamless transition from"medical students"to"clinical practitioners."However,these critical components inherently require a robust team of high-caliber clinical educators.Therefore,to safeguard the standards of medical education and the professional competence of future physicians,we need to anchor our efforts in digital transformation,cultivating highly qualified clinical faculty.This study explores strategies for developing such a high-quality teaching team in the current context.
