Practice of ADDIE and BOPPPS models on enhancing the content of clinical small lectures for residency training

Abstract:Objective To explore the practice of ADDIE and BOPPPS models on enhancing the content of clinical small lectures for residency training.Methods This study analyzed the characteristics of clinical small lectures and the common problems in teaching practice of residency training.Then,taking rehabilitation medicine as an example,it explored how to design the stage course plan and the single teaching process respectively under the guidance of the ADDIE and BOPPPS models,with residents as the center.Results Through practice,it was found that the course improved the learning enthusiasm of residents,achieved good training results,and was generally recognized by residents.Conclusion The application of ADDIE and BOPPPS models is conducive to scientific,rational,feasible and effective course construction,and could provide some reference for the content construction of residency training.
