Practice and reflection on the standardized fellowship training of ophthalmology specialists

Abstract：Standardized fellowship training for specialists is an important part of post-graduation medical education,which is a necessary way to further improve the clinical skills of specialists and cultivate high-level composite medical talents with diversified abilities.In recent years,China has been gradually exploring a new path for standardized fellowship training of specialists,and Shanghai has taken the lead in starting the pilot construction of standardized fellowship training of specialists.As the largest ophthalmology standardized fellowship training base in Shanghai,the EYE&ENT Hospital of Fudan University has been exploring the standardized fellowship training of ophthalmologists for many years.In this paper,we summarize the special measures and existing problems in the practice of ophthalmology physician standardized training at the EYE&ENT Hospital of Fudan University,and put forward optimization measures to provide reference for the continuous refinement of the fellowship training system for specialists.
