Current status and reflections on medical law in postgraduation medical education under the background of new liberal arts

Abstract:Medical law,as an interdisciplinary field combining medicine and law,aims to cultivate professionals with knowledge of medical law,ethical decision-making abilities,and skills in handling medical disputes.With the increasing number of medical disputes globally,the advancement of biotechnology,and the frequent occurrence of public health events,the importance of medical law in postgraduation medical education has become more and more prominent.As the construction of new liberal arts progresses,higher demands are placed on medical law.This paper analyzes the current status of medical law education both domestically and internationally,explores the differences and advantages of medical law education in different countries,and based on the actual situation of postgraduate medical education in China,proposes future optimization paths.
