Abstract：This paper introduces the reform and practice of the training mode of clinical medical master's degree in Ningbo University,which is characterized by the open and interoperable equal attention to both lines of innovation quality plus clinical competence composite competency cultivation that is double oriented through the whole professional graduate education process.By way of open communication between the university and affiliated hospitals and opening campus discipline resources,the professional master's course system with rich clinical characteristics,the education quality standard,and the supervision evaluation and dynamic tracking system are constructed.Thus the effective connection between professional master's degree education and residency training is comprehensively guaranteed,clinical tutors'medical teaching research is developed in multiple dimensions,the core competitiveness of affiliated hospitals is enhanced,and the training quality of clinical medical master's degree graduates is significantly improved.
