Postgraduation education in stomatology construction and innovation of the training system

Abstract：With the acceleration of the specialization process of stomatology,technical iteration is faster and patient demand is rising,thus higher requirements are put forward for the fine ability of young doctors,such as micromanipulation and multidisciplinary cooperation.But the current education system is difficult to match the refined training needs of specialized talents.In face of the structural conflict between homogeneous training and specialty differentiation,and the lack of adaptability between static assessment and dynamic development of clinical ability,the three-dimensional training system of"competency-oriented+hierarchical progressive+dynamic evaluation"is proposed.The curriculum module is reconstructed through post competency model,the differentiated curriculum group is constructed based on the oral sub-college,and the digital document system recording young doctors'ability growth is introduced.This system breaks through the traditional"pan-specialization"training paradigm and has dual values in promoting the growth of young doctors and promoting the iteration of medical education after graduation.
