Abstract:Exquisite medical skills and high medical ethics are two essential professional qualities for a qualified doctor.The cultivation of humanistic literacy among resident physicians in the new era is facing problems such as limited ability of guiding teachers in humanistic education,insufficient humanistic identity among resident physicians,and imperfect curriculum system for humanistic education in residency training.As a new model for ideological and political education in universities in the new era,the concept of"three-pronged education"can provide new ideas and methods for cultivating the humanistic literacy of resident physicians.This article takes the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example to systematically analyze the application and innovation of the"three-pronged education"concept in the cultivation of humanistic literacy among resident physicians from three aspects:all staff,whole process,and all-round.The aim is to provide experience and reference for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents in the new era.
