Abstract：Standardized residency training is a necessary path for medical students to grow into medical talents.But since most of the residents are fresh graduates or master's degree articulation trainees who are in the transition period after institutional education,their conceptual behaviors,ideological will and political awareness still need to be guided and improved.Therefore,in the process of standardized residency training,with the post competency as the starting point,carrying out precise ideology and politics in a hierarchical and progressive manner is conducive to helping residents to analyze,judge and grasp the current social,national and international situations in complex"matters","times"and"situations"clearly and accurately.The training bases are required to do a good job in the top-level design of training objectives and ideological and political objectives,the professional bases are required to decompose the teaching objectives and ideological and political objectives,and the rotating departments are required to implement the issues of who to teach,what to teach,when to teach,how to teach,and what effect to have in the process of teaching.Through the implementation of precise ideology and politics in standardized residency training,residents can gradually improve their ideological level,enhance political awareness,and develop their professional identity,and training bases can cultivate the"moral and medical talents"in the context of the new medical science.
