Abstract：Objective To explore the significance of the emergency department professional orientation in helping resident physicians quickly adapt to the environment and obtain good training quality.Methods This study explored the improvement of the connotation and quality of the professional orientation for our Emergency Department in 2023 to 2024 through the digital teaching management platform at Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University.Results Through analyzing the evaluation feedback of the professional orientation over the past two years and understanding the training effect,it was found that after multiple reform measures,the evaluation of resident physicians on the professional orientation for Emergency Department was comprehensively improved.Conclusion It is suggested to further strengthen the construction of practical courses in training,cultivate doctor-patient communication skills,and explore diversified teaching methods.Continuous attention should be paid to the evaluation and feedback of training effectiveness,so as to lay a solid foundation for improving the standardized training quality of resident physicians and cultivating high-quality emergency department physicians.
