Abstract：As the core driving force behind the advancement of modern medicine,clinical research fundamentally relies on the solid support of medical humanities and ideological and political education.The deep integration of these two elements not only injects new vitality into medical research but also plays a crucial role in enhancing doctors'ethical awareness and sense of social responsibility,profoundly influencing the quality and direction of clinical decision-making.In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape,although significant achievements have been made in clinical research,the lack of humanistic care and ideological guidance in doctors'decision-making remains a major challenge.This article delves into the core connotations of medical humanities,reveals the necessity of ideological guidance for clinical research,and analyzes their multiple positive impacts on doctor decision-making in detail.Through this review,we aim to create a more humane and ethical environment for clinical research,providing theoretical support and practical guidance.We hope that doctors can consider patients'needs and rights more comprehensively when making clinical decisions,ensuring that medical research not only holds technological value,but also embodies profound social value and ethical standards.
