Experience and exploration of"group-based"medical aid in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for anesthesiology residency training

Abstract：From April 2016,China Medical University began to provide comprehensive"group mode"medical support to the People's Hospital in Tacheng District of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the form of"the university guarantees the hospital and the hospital guarantees the department",which improved the medical services and health care level of the recipient hospitals vigorously.It injected strong impetus into the development of health undertakings in Xinjiang.In December 2021,the Anesthesiology Department of Xinjiang Tacheng District People's Hospital was approved as the anesthesia standardized training and teaching base of the autonomous region for resident doctors.This article summarizes and analyzes the work in the standardized training of anesthesiologists from December 2021 to October 2024 when the China Medical University assisted the People's Hospital of Tacheng District in Xinjiang,thus provides help and explores the new teaching mode of medical support to Xinjiang.
