Abstract:Job burnout is a reflection of individual psychology and a product of the social environment in the process of social development,encompassing multiple industries and fields.As a crucial component of the medical system,resident physicians face immense work pressure and challenges,making them a high-risk group for job burnout.This article reviews definition,characteristics,domestic and international trends in prevalence,risk factors,and countermeasures for burnout among resident physicians.The aim is to provide reference and practical value for enhancing the understanding of residents'burnout and establishing effective adjustment mechanisms.
