Exploring a standardized training model for urology resident physicians based on mixed reality technology

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of medical education technologies,the application of mixed reality(MR)technology in medical education has gained increasing attention.To address the requirements of standardized residency training in urology,this paper proposes an innovative teaching model centered on MR technology.By establishing a comprehensive training system that integrates virtual simulation,interactive learning,and immersive operational experiences,this study explored the potential advantages of the proposed model in surgical skill development,clinical decision-making enhancement,and comprehensive competency improvement.The ultimate objectives are to optimize residents'clinical proficiency and foster self-directed learning capabilities in medical education.
