Abstract:The rapid development of medical imaging technology has elevated the central role of imaging reports in clinical diagnosis and treatment. In China, led by the National Health Commission, multiple departments are actively promoting the mutual recognition of medical examination results among healthcare institutions. However, the lack of standardized guidelines for writing imaging reports has resulted in significant challenges, including difficulties in cross-institutional result recognition, substantial discrepancies between radiological and clinical interpretations, and redundant consumption of medical resources. To optimize the allocation of healthcare resources, this article proposes a systematic approach of constructing a homogeneous template library for specialized disease imaging reports, thereby advancing the coordinated development of"mutual recognition of examination results"and"standardized residency training".The proposed template library not only enables standardized and interoperable imaging reports across healthcare institutions at all levels, reducing unnecessary examinations, but also provides residents with standardized and uniform reporting guidance. This dual approach enhances medical resource utilization efficiency and promotes the homogenization of diagnostic and therapeutic quality.
