Application of the"Golden Course"construction in the standardized training of PCCM specialists

Abstract：Standardized training of specialist physicians(hereinafter referred to as specialized training)is an important part of post-graduation medical education.It is a reliable way to cultivate clinical physicians who can independently and standardly engage in the diagnosis and treatment of specialized diseases on the basis of completing the standardized training of residents.Our country's specialized training is still in the stage of exploration and practice.Improving the quality of specialized training courses is the core of specialized talent training.Integrating the standards of the"Golden Course"construction into the clinical practice of specialized training will help to realize the double enhancement of the basic knowledge and practical skills of specialists.The First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine has been promoting and optimizing the incubation program of"Golden Course"in clinical teaching.We took the bronchoscopy skill in PCCM training as an example and explored the"Golden Course"in PCCM training by applying the BOPPPS,case-based learning and mastery learning method combined with the virtual bronchoscopy system.Our experience can confirm the feasibility of"Golden Course"in the bronchoscopy skill in PCCM specialized training.
