Practice and exploration of ideological and political education in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents

Abstract：Obstetrics and gynecology is a clinical discipline rich in warmth and humanistic care,and integrating ideological and political education into the training of obstetrics and gynecology residents holds significant importance.Through literature review,questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the article comprehensively analyzes the current status,existing problems,and improvement measures of ideological and political education in the training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.The results indicate that ideological and political education can significantly enhance physicians'professional qualities,improve doctor-patient relationships,and elevate healthcare quality.However,challenges such as limited time resources and an imperfect evaluation system remain during implementation.The article suggests strengthening top-level design to improve relevant policies,innovating educational methods through digital technology,enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration to enrich educational content,and establishing long-term effect tracking mechanisms to continuously optimize the educational system.Future research directions include constructing a theoretical system of ideological and political education with characteristics specific to obstetrics and gynecology,exploring the"Internet+"ideological and political education model,and researching how to promote China's experience on the international stage.Through these comprehensive measures,ideological and political education can be more deeply integrated into the training of obstetrics and gynecology residents,aiding in the cultivation of excellent medical personnel with professional competence and social responsibility.
