Management experience of personalized rotation in the standardized training of radiological residents

Abstract：The professional basis of radiology standardized training residents before entering standardized training is different in practical work,and each person has different goals in this period.Using the same rotation plan and teaching scheme cannot goals their actual needs.For radiology standardized training residents,the departments that must be rotated are fewer than other majors,and the rotation time in the radiology department is long and continuous.All of these allow personalized customization of standardized training rotation in the radiology department.Combined with the management experience of standardized training for residents in the Radiology Department of Jingzhou Central Hospital over the year,the necessity and feasibility of personalized rotation are analyzed in this paper.It is suggested that different rotation plans should be made for students with different characteristics and needs,which could realize personalized rotation management of standardized training in the radiology department.At the same time,the feasible methods to realize both overall arrangement and personalized customization in the actual rotation process are also discussed.
