Abstract:Minimally invasive techniques are currently widely applied in surgical diagnosis and treatment, but there is a problem of unbalanced regional development in our country.Minimally invasive talents and resources are scarce in remote areas including Southern Xinjiang.Laparoscopic training has become an essential part of the standardized training for surgical residents, which is the beginning of the training of talents in minimally invasive surgery. However, there is still a lack of a systematic, comprehensive and economical laparoscopic training pattern for resident physicians. To address this,we proposed a"three-stage,five-step"laparoscopic training model and applied it in the standardized residency training in Southern Xinjiang, which achieved good results. This is conducive to the promotion of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical techniques and the cultivation of talents in laparoscopic surgery.
