Party history education help improve the quality of standardized training for resident physicians

Abstract:Objective This study investigated the educational significance of intergrating centennial Party history education into residency training at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University.The primary objectives were to strengthen ideological guidance,cultivate a sound medical humanistic perspective,and foster professional dedication among residents.Methods Taking the standardized residency training in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example we comprehensively evaluated the practical impact of Party history learning and education on the overall development of residents from four dimensions,namely,value meaning,realistic situation,practice path and training effect.Results The study data showed that the Party history education had a positive effect on the completion assessment of resident doctors and the evaluation of employers'satisfaction with residents.Conclusion This study confirms the core status of Party history education in residency training and its positive leading role in the overall development of residents.In the future,we will continue to deepen the form and content of Party history education,improve the quality of training,and train more excellent medical talents for the society.
