Abstract:Objective To explore the construction of an integrated clinical-imaging interdisciplinary training model and its effect on improving the comprehensive abilities of master's degree residents in medical imaging. Methods Twenty master's degree residents in medical imaging were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 10 residents in each group. The observation group adopted an integrated clinical-imaging interdisciplinary training model,in which each imaging resident collaborated with five clinical medicine residents to form an interprofessional team for collaborative learning. The control group used the traditional training model.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated through theoretical examinations, skill operations, clinical case analyses and satisfaction surveys. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group achieved higher scores in theoretical examinations(90.2±4.4)points vs(85.8±5.2)points,skill operations(92.5±3.6)points vs(87.3±4.7)points,clinical case analyses(89.6±4.8)points vs(84.2±5.5)points and teaching satisfaction(95.2±3.5)points vs(88.6±4.2)points.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated clinical-imaging interdisciplinary training model can effectively enhance the comprehensive abilities of master's degree residents in medical imaging and has a good application value.
