Abstract：Objective To investigate the research competence of the"Outstanding Resident Physician"clinical postdoctoral.Methods This program focused on the difficulties of improving the research competence of resident physicians.With the support of a high-level faculty team and various platform resources,the training system and assessment methods were established,and preliminary exploration and practice werre carried out to enhance the research competence of clinical postdoctoral trainees.Results The obtained achievements showed that during the period of program,high-quality research papers were generally published and high-level research projects were successfully applied for,laying a solid foundation for the start of scientific research.Conclusion The program can effectively strengthened the research competence of excellent resident physicians and make beneficial explorations in the cultivation of high-level medical talents.
