Construction of the reform model for"four-in-one"standardized training base for general resident physicians

Abstract：Through literature review,general practice training at home and abroad was summarized from five aspects:emphasizing the cultivation of comprehensive clinical skills and experience,emphasizing patient-centered care,emphasizing the adoption of teamwork mode,emphasizing general practice training and practical teaching,and emphasizing the concept of lifelong learning.By analyzing and summarizing the factors that affected the quality of general practice training,the main factors were human factors,material factors and management factors.Through the analysis of the problems,the control of various elements,and the continuous practice and summary,the"four-in-one"comprehensive reform framework of general practice education was put forward,which was"one goal,two platforms,three integration and four mechanisms".Through the five paths of"concept,content,model,team and platform"and their connotation and positioning,this paper reveals the law of general practice education and the internal collaborative innovation mechanism system,strengthens the connotation construction,gives full play to its maximum effect,steadily promotes the reform operation,draws on advanced management theories,and finally realizes the collaborative innovation of general practice teaching management from an updated perspective.
