Psychological educational value and methods of conducting heart-to-heart conversation with resident physicians

Abstract：Heart-to-heart conversation is an important way for psychological education.Conducting heart-to-heart conversation with resident physicians is a basic approach of humanistic care and psychological counseling.It is also a barrier for discovering and analyzing resident physicians'psychological problems and maintaining their mental health.The article starts from the connotation of psychological education,and in combination with resident physicians'characteristics and practical experience,it extracts a five-step method of heart-to-heart conversation which is easy to understand and master.It also outlines the path,sorts out the"three don't"principle to improve the effect,and puts forward relevant thoughts,providing a paradigm for clinical mentors and teaching administrators to conduct heart-to-heart conversation with resident physicians.
