Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of modified DOPS combined with teaching molds in dermatology laser teaching. Methods A total of 45 general practice resident trainees who rotated in the Department of Dermatology were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group A,experimental group B and a control group. Both experimental groups were trained with teaching molds.Experimental group A was assessed by modified DOPS during each training, while experimental group B was assessed only during the last training. The control group only used traditional methods for teaching. The scores of all groups in the after-department examination were compared,as well as the modified DOPS ratings of experimental group A and experimental group B during the last training. Results There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The Observation Group A had the highest scores, while the control group had the lowest. The modified DOPS ratings of experimental group A in operation steps, operation techniques, operation results, aseptic concept and overall performance were higher than those of experimental group B,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified DOPS combined with teaching molds in dermatology laser teaching can significantly improve the learning effectiveness of residents.Multiple assessments can lead to better results.
