Abstract：With the continuous deepening of standardized training for resident physicians(residency training)in China's medical education system,the construction of a"double qualified"teaching team has become one of the key factors in improving the quality of residency training and cultivating high-quality medical talents.This article explores how to build a high-level"double qualified"teaching team by clarifying selection criteria,establishing a training system,and strengthening clinical teaching,based on the background of residency training.Through institutional cooperation and guarantee,the improvement of the teaching and clinical practice abilities of"double qualified"teachers is promoted,thereby facilitating the reform of residency training education.This provides an operational theoretical framework and practical path for the education reform of residency training,which is of great significance for promoting the development of medical education in China.
