Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of holographic imaging technology in the standardized training of urology residents. Methods A total of 60 urology residents undergoing standardized training from January 2023 to January 2024 at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University were selected as study subjects. The participants were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 residents in each group. The observation group adopted a teaching mode supported by holographic imaging technology, while the control group received traditional medical teaching. The effectiveness of holographic imaging technology in the standardized training of urology residents was assessed by comparing the theoretical scores, skill scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results The theoretical and skill scores of the observation group were(85.23±4.98)and(89.14±5.72),respectively,while those of the control group were(78.31±5.24)and(83.56±5.53),respectively.The differences in theoretical and skill scores between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group scored higher than the control group in overall satisfaction and in terms of satisfaction ratings for stimulating learning enthusiasm, improving learning efficiency, providing lively and interesting content, enhancing understanding of urological surgical procedures, and improving urological imaging learning. The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode supported by holographic imaging technology has high application value in the standardized training of urology residents, significantly improving residents'theoretical and skill levels while enhancing teaching satisfaction.
