Abstract:The post graduation medical education stage, which includes standardized training for resident physicians(hereinafter referred to as residency training),is a key link in the cultivation of medical talents and an important cornerstone of the development of the national health services. The national residency training bases are the main battlefield for cultivating resident physicians. There are many types of resident physician groups, with different personnel sources, responsible parties, training plans, funding channels, treatment policies and motivation mechanisms,as well as complex process management. At the same time, there exist heavy academic tasks, high competition pressure, easily overlooked psychological pressure and insufficient understanding of ideological and political education. In the context of new media, relevant public opinions are also prone to emerge.Facing new situations and tasks,it is increasingly important for training bases to grasp the rules and effectively respond. This article combines the problems encountered by the authors'team in actual management,as well as the corresponding specific practices and explorations.By innovating the residency training management system and mechanism, improving mental health as well as ideological and political education methods, and exploring the integration path of the two in the practical process,it aims to provide useful reference and guidance for base managers and teachers.
