Abstract：Sequential treatment is a trauma prevention and therapy service system with emergency patients as the core service recipients,running through the whole process of prevention,pre-hospital first aid,hospital therapy and post-hospital rehabilitation.Pre-hospital emergency personnel are the main body of pre-hospital emergency service,and the technical level and quantity of pre-hospital emergency personnel directly affect the quality of treatment for critical patients.By analyzing the value of pre-hospital and in-hospital joint ward rounds under the concept of sequential treatment,this paper aims to explore a new path of pre-hospital and in-hospital collaborative treatment,improve the treatment efficiency of trauma patients,and provide reference for training an excellent pre-hospital emergency talent team,which is conducive to the construction of trauma emergency medical system.
