Abstract：The standardized residency training is the basic policy system of our country's health personnel training,and ideological and political education is the basic content of personnel training.This article focuses on the Party building work in training bases and discusses effective ways to improve the ideological and political literacy of resident physicians.The article elaborates on the urgency of carrying out Party building work of training bases from two aspects:relevant national documents requirement and the teaching management practical requirement.The article provides a review of the research progress on Party building work of domestic training bases.The authors propose thoughts and suggestions on organizational setup and organizational life of the Party in the training bases,effective integration of Party building with standardized residency training,and policy support,providing reference for strengthening the Party building work of training bases.
