Abstract：Multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion(MDTCD)integrates clinical multidisciplinary treatment approaches with team-based learning models to design a teaching method.This study analyzed the implementation methods of multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion and its application in resident training.Based on the satisfaction assessment of resident physicians on multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion,the implementation effect is evaluated.It aims to explore the application and effect evaluation of multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion in the standardized training of resident physicians.
