Abstract：The characteristics of standardized residency training in laboratory medicine includes different training levels and requirements.Carrying out hierarchical teaching is a key way to improve the quality of standardized training in laboratory medicine.Scientifically stratifying the training subjects based on different grades and individual ability,making appropriate and personalized training programs,implementing hierarchical teaching activities and adopting multi-dimensional assessments and evaluations are the main measures and effective methods for cultivating the competence of laboratory physicians.
