Knowledge input and output——the teaching practice of standardized residency training in radiology department aiming at post competence

Abstract：In order to improve the post competence of the residents,the Department of Radiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University set up the training links of knowledge input and output.The training of theoretical courses,difficult case analysis and report quality analysis in the knowledge input link can increase the residents'professional knowledge reserve and post competence.In the knowledge output link to carry out the"Match to promote learning"of small competitions within the department,the morning film reading meeting,the lecture and the literature report can cultivate the residents'ability of self-study,clinical diagnosis and scientific research,and improve their learning enthusiasm.This article summarized and analyzed the practice and innovation mode of input and output training in standardized residency training of department of radiologys,and provided reference for other residents training bases and professional bases.
