Exploration of integrated training mode for resident physicians and specialists in oncology surgery in Beijing

Abstract：In 2014,Beijing officially launched the integrated pilot training for tumor surgery and internal medicine residents and specialists.After 10 years of practical exploration,as a pilot base for integrated training of resident physicians and specialists in oncology surgery,it has accumulated some practical experience in the training mode of high-level professional talents in oncology surgery in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking University Cancer Hospital.This article explores the basic situation of the trainings base,trainings and assessment results,clinical capability enhancement,satisfaction analysis,and improvement suggestions,etc.in order to provide references for better trainings of resident and specialist oncologists.
