Abstract：The implementation of the six core competency of resident training is the core content of standardized residency training in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.The professional base of rehabilitation medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University adopted the immersive teaching management model,the strategy of humanistic education,encouraging in-dephth learning,self-selection,hierarchical progressive training,immersive participation in medical teaching and research was carried out for residents.Detailed daily management,strengthen the process of assessment,actively found problems,analyzed problems,solved problems,so that rehabilitation medicine residents in the integration of general specialty,outstanding professionalism.The immersive teaching management model significantly improved the residents'sense of achievement and self-confidence,and enhance the residents'learning interest,improve their ability of independent learning and thinking,and enhance the clinical cooperation between teachers and students.It can also improve the resident's clinical thinking mode,diagnosis and scientific research ability.
