Abstract：Standardized residency training of dermatology is vital to cultivate and improve the professional skills and clinical quality for dermatology residents.Based on the features of trainees and the requirements of the teaching syllabus,the Department of Dermatovenereology,West China Hospital,Sichuan University designed a teaching plan for dermatology residents.This teaching scheme could help dermatology residents learn clinical practice and theoretical knowledge in the Department of Dermatology gradually,with specific and feasible teaching steps at each stage.Over the course of ten years,the department continuously improve the teaching scheme.Herein,They share the teaching experience and hope to discuss with peers.
