Application of MOOC in anesthesiology resident teaching rounds

Abstract：Practice has proved that teaching ward rounds plays an extremely important role in cultivating the clinical ability and professional quality of residents.This paper aims to explore the effectiveness of online MOOC in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents.The traditional teaching ward round mode has such problems as the shortage of time and medical resources in the teaching practice of anesthesiology residents,and failure to achieve the expected training effect.
