Analysis of outpatient's satisfaction and influencing factors in standardized training and teaching for residents

Abstract：Objective To analyze the degree of outpatients'satisfaction and its influencing factors in teaching of obstetrics residents.Methods From March 2022 to October 2023,resident doctors in the obstetrics rotation period of Jiangmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Jinan University were selected as the outpatient clinics teaching subjects.Three deputy chief physicians of obstetrics and two senior attending physicians took turns to conduct the teaching and outpatient clinics teaching.Likert scale questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the teaching out-patient population in teaching clinics from 5 dimensions.Results The most significant factors affecting patient satisfaction were doctors'professional skills and interpersonal communication ability(P<0.05).Patients had poor satisfaction with privacy protection in teaching clinics.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of patients with outpatient teaching service is very high.The key to improve patient satisfaction is to improve the professional skills and communication ability of medical staff and pay attention to privacy protection.
