Abstract：Objective To explore the application of mind maps in standardized training for medical residents in laboratory medicine.Methods The application methods of mind maps in training medical residents in laboratory medicine were illustrated through typical cases and evaluating their effectiveness was evaluated through exams.Results The use of mind maps significantly improved medical residents'performance compared with conventional learning methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind maps can help medical residents process information quickly,facilitating a systematic grasp of learned knowledge.
