Abstract：With the development of medical education informatization,the information management of pathology department has been deeply integrated into the daily teaching of standardized training for clinical pathology residents.The environment of information construction provides diversified training models and teaching methods for the implementation of residency training in pathology department.Moreover,due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,the teaching combining online and offline in the context of informatization and the teaching with digital pathological slices have achieved unprecedented development.The standardized residency training base in the Clinical Pathology Department of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University has carried out explorations on the construction of the pathological information management system,the online and offline teaching modes,and the digital pathological slice library,providing reference for colleagues in the same field.
