Abstract：The important role of medical ethics education in the standardized training of pathological residents is often ignored.This paper discusses the necessity of medical ethics education in the standardized training of residents,the problems of medical ethics in the process of clinical pathological diagnosis,the main teaching problems of medical ethics in the standardized training of pathological residents,and the training methods of medical ethics in the standardized training of pathologists.The purpose is to emphasize the importance of medical ethics education in the standardized training of pathological residents.It suggest that the education of medical ethics should be strengthened in the standardized training of pathological residents,which will help to train more pathologists with good medical ethics and provide better medical services for patients.
