Abstract：Most anesthesiologists responsible for pediatric surgical anesthesia in domestic hospitals have not received systematic training in pediatric anesthesia.The standardized training for pediatric fellowship anesthesiologists plays an important role in improving the pediatric anesthesia skills of anesthesiologists,reducing the complications and mortality associated with pediatric anesthesia,and guaranteeing the safety of perioperative anesthesia for children.Standardized training programs for specialists is still in the pilot practice stage in China.As one of the first batch of national pilot bases for standardized training of pediatric anesthesiologists,learning from the excellent experience and methods of foreign countries and combined with the characteristics of our medical education,we have gradually improved the organization and management system of specialized training,refined the training content of specialized doctors,and provided reference for promoting the training of specialized doctors and the continuous improvement of post-graduation medical education in China.
