Exploring the inspection report analysis for immunology laboratory in the standardized residency training in the department of laboratory medicine

Abstract：Inspection report analysis is a very important teaching activity for standardized residency training of laboratory medicine,and so far there is no guideline document.According to the Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition),Immunology Department of the Division of Laboratory Medicine of Peking University First Hospital carried out teaching activity of analyzing medical records,enhanced the working ability of residents,enabling them to gain a sense of achievement and boost their confidence.Residents generally provided positive feedback.The entire closed-loop management and quality improvement process of'planning-preparation-implementation-effect evaluation-improvement'for the medical record analysis activity was achieved.It promoted the improvement of standardized residency training quality in laboratory medicine.
