Application value of BodyWorksEve in standardized residency training of cardiac ultrasound operation

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of BodyWorkseve in standardized residency training of cardiac ultrasound operation retrospectively.Methods A total of 37 stage 2 ultrasound residents,who rotated in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2019 to June 2023,were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group.the observation group received the traditional method combined with BodyWorkseve teaching,the control group receivde The traditional method of teaching.After the training,both groups of residents underwent a hands-on assessment and filled out a questionnaire.The scores of the hands-on assessment were compared and analyzed,and the results of the questionnaire were compared too.Results The total scores of hands-on assessment in the observation group and the control group were(84.28±4.13)and(80.42±4.39),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of instrument adjustment and scanning methods in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the scores of pre-examination preparation,ultrasound description and answering questions and humanistic care between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in four aspects:overall satisfaction,humanities literacy training score,teaching method score and the score of help for the next stage(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of non-independent operation of cardiac ultrasound for residents,on the basis of traditional teaching,the joint application of BodyWorkseve is helpful to improve the on-computer operation ability and the satisfaction of residents.
