Application of case-based interpretation of laboratory reports in the cultivation of clinical thinking of laboratory physicians

Abstract：The correct interpretation of laboratory reports is an important and obligatory clinical ability that qualified laboratory physicians should possess.Guided by the national Standardized Training Content and Standards for Resident Physicians(2022 Edition)-Detailed Rules for Laboratory Medicine Training,the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University applied the case-based learning mode in a stratified and progressive teaching process.And by implementing it in various teaching forms,we explored the teaching mode of combining case teaching with clinical practice to cultivate clinical thinking,and provided teaching ideas for cultivating qualified laboratory physicians with job competence.
