Abstract：The standardized residency training of clinical pathology is the mandatory stage for cultivating high-quality pathologists.As one of the teaching management staffs of the standardized residency training base,the teaching secretary is the main implementer of residency training activities.In recent years,digital pathology technology has been continuously used in teaching and management of clinicopathology standardized residency training,based on the practical working,this paper focuses on the transformation of teaching secretaries'responsibilities and ability requirements under the digital environment,so as to further promote the concrete implementation of digital teaching management in the clinicopathology base for residency training.
