Abstract：Taking the perspective of teaching feedback,this paper analyzes the diversified educational models for standardized residency training(SRT for short)of clinicopathology from six aspects including interest-oriented teaching,flipped class,interactive teaching and learning,error management,step-up teaching and teaching evaluation,embodying the application of teaching feedback in them,so as to provide new teaching concept,broaden teaching ideas and explore better teaching methods for teachers to optimize the teaching process.
