Abstract:The core of standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as residency training)is to improve the competency of residents,so as to make residents have the basic quality and professional ability in clinical work. The current residency training work has shifted from system construction to quality connotation construction in China. The Radiology Department of the First Hospital of Jilin University has embedded the"image report quality control system"into PACS,making full use of computer technology to compare and analyze image reports in real time. The quality of the report is evaluated in a comprehensive and detailed analysis, such as missed and misdiagnosed cases, the causes of report errors, and the rate of diagnosis conformity, etc. The residents are provided with personalized strengthening for solving different problems, and by tracing back the causes and following up the progress,a closed-loop feedback model is formed,in order to realize the standardization and homogenization of residency training.
