Abstract：Teaching ward round is an important part of practice teaching of standardized residency training and an effective way to cultivate residents'clinical ability.Laboratory medicine has its distinct independent characteristics.Compared with clinical bases,laboratory medicine bases have the same form of teaching ward rounds and also have their special characteristics.In order to better improve the core competency of laboratory physicians,laboratory medicine bases need to explore the novel teaching ward round methods,which can not only achieve the teaching objectives but also have the characteristics of laboratory medicine.
