Abstract：As an important part of the standardized residency training,professional orientation plays a connecting role.Standardized and high-quality orientation can not only increase the sense of belonging of new residents,but also help them to be more clear about their future career development.In this study,according to Guideline for Professional Orientation in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition)and the professional characteristics of radiology department,we designed an orientation model and a training course system for radiology residents based on the linkage of multiple rotating departments and the coordination of multiple sub-professional groups.It was strictly implemented in accordance with the preparation stage,implementation stage and evaluation and feedback stage,and finally formed a set of crisscross grid into new paradigm for professional orientation.It can provide reference for other professional standardized residency training.
