Research on the cultivation mode of humanistic quality in the standardized training stage of residents

Abstract：Standardized residency training is an important part of medical students'postgraduation education and the only way to train qualified doctors.The cultivation of humanistic quality is the key to improve their competency and the core value of residents training.This paper takes the base of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University as an example,closely focusing on the residents'competency,analyzing the current situation of humanistic literacy training,and exploring a new mode system through five aspects:strengthening organizational leadership,building diversified humanistic courses,practicing humanistic spirit,strengthening teachers and optimizing evaluation system.
